Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect a data source?
From your Dashboard, click "Add Source" and select from available connectors like RSS feeds, websites, or upload documents. Once connected, sources are automatically indexed and synced daily.
How long does it take to generate a podcast?
Script generation typically takes 10-30 seconds depending on length. Audio conversion depends on your script length - a 10-minute episode takes about 2-3 minutes to generate.
Can I edit the generated scripts?
Yes! After generation, scripts open in our editor where you can modify content, adjust speaker assignments, and fine-tune the conversation before converting to audio.
What audio formats are supported?
Generated audio is provided in MP3 format at high quality (192kbps). This format is compatible with all major podcast platforms and players.
How do I get an API key?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and scroll to the "API Keys" section. Click "Create API Key," give it a name, and copy the generated key. Store it securely - you won't be able to see it again.
What's the difference between workspaces?
Workspaces are isolated environments with their own data sources, scripts, and API keys. Use them to separate projects, clients, or teams. You can switch between workspaces from the navigation menu.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is isolated, and we never share your content with other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.
