By accessing or using Broad-Cast.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Broad-Cast.ai provides an AI-powered platform for:

  • Generating podcast scripts from connected content sources
  • Converting scripts to audio using AI voice synthesis
  • Building and querying knowledge bases via API
  • Managing workspaces and team collaboration

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI ("Generated Content") is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publication. We do not claim ownership of Generated Content, but we make no warranties about its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Broad-Cast.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Keep your API keys confidential
  • Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Not use the API to build competing services
  • Comply with any additional API-specific terms

7. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BROAD-CAST.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broad-Cast.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
